Nokia BB5 Repair File

This is BB5 ask to rpl service. Those type of files are useful to repair many different type of faults in the
BB5 generation of Nokia phones. To list a few:

• Corrupted IMEI Certificate (NPC)
  
• Corrupted Simlocks (Contact Retailer)
  
• Phone switches off after 3 minutes (secure WD reset)
• Blocked phone unlock counter�

Common symptoms to show corrupted data:
�

• Contact Retailer( ST_SECURITY_TEST failed, SIM_LOCKS_TEST failed)
• IMEI number shown as default: 123456789012345
• Switch off after 3 seconds, missing or invalid NPC certificate will cause reset of the RAP3 WD
  
• Not working Transmitter/Receiver or Not Charging (those could be caused by faulty HW also!) ��

You will need to read an .ask file with NSS (Nemesis Service Suite), MTBOX or JAF. Then make sure
to upload the file before adding this product to your shopping basket. The format of the file has to be
imei.ask, where imei is 15 digits. Imei number could be found on the back label of the phone. Please
check our FAQ page for more info on ASK/RPL upload using NSS.

After processing of your order and payment, our server will send a zip file to your registered e-mail
(My Account). The zip file will contains 2 RPL files - one in NSS format and one in original Nokia
format. You should receive the file in less then 2 min, but please note that if there is an error in
processing, our support team will have to check the problem and this might delay the receiving of the
file. In case we are unable to process the file, we will refund your payment.

Those type of files cannot unlock a locked phone! They can only reset the unlock counter
and allow upload of unlock code provided by your Network.
