NSS 1.0.38.11 USB patch release

This is a dll patch release for the following NSS 1.0.38.11 bugs:

- Crashing while reading ask file on some phones via USB

- Not detecting some phones via USB (E65,E61i)

This is a manual update, please downoad bb5usbflash.txt then rename to .dll and put in your NSS/Framework directory (overwrite the old dll). Don’t forget to close NSS first.
