NSS 1.0.38.11 pre-release info

The long awaited new NSS version is finally coming, it will be officially released tomorrow. Here the sneak preview for the really inpatient users:
- Bug fixed on reading ask files via F1 on N91 and N93
- Vista support is fully restored
- Force change to Local Mode implemented on reading BB5 ask files and
writing rpl files […]
